Officers' Duties

President

Lead/moderate meetings, execute policies & (executive board) directives, schedule and preside over executive board meetings and regular business meetings. Appoint other officers and committee positions as necessary.

Vice President

Assist President to perform his/her duties, Substitute for President in case of his/her absence, Replace President if he/she is unable to complete term. Special projects assigned by President.

Secretary

Maintain attendance records, determine quorum for voting, record and publish minutes of meetings, assist in legal affairs.

Treasurer

Maintain and protect organization's funds, manage income and expenses, keep accurate financial records, provide financial reports, produce budget projection and file tax forms for his/her year(s) in office. Collaborate with new incoming treasurer to ensure tax filing process continuity.
